nTouch Bronze is the entry point for D2Networks' managed service product and provides proactive service in the case of WAN equipment or internet services provider failure. Combined with the nSight WAN monitoring product, nTouch Bronze allows for proactive monitoring and fault managment keeping outages to a minimum and making sure you get the SLA credits you are entitled to. - SLA Reporting
Monthly reports are provided for all faults and tickets opened, along with the nSight monthly SLA reports these provide an excellent assessment of the ongoing reliability of your remote sites. - Fault Management
In the event of a failure within the managed network environment, D2Networks take ownership of the problem and deal with telcos, vendors and internal staff to resolve the issue in a timely and effective manner. D2Networks also provide fault reporting to allow you to manage internal and external service levels. - Support Hours
To assist with tailoring our solutions to the needs of our clients we offer the Bronze Managed Service in two plans.
- Bronze
Active management 12 hours a day, Monday to Friday , with 24/7 monotoring, notification and reporting.
- Bronze Plus
Active management, monitoring, notification and reporting 24 hours, 7 days a week.
