The Silver Managed Services Package provides active fault and change management of border gateway and WAN equipment and services in addition to monitoring, notification and reporting functionality existing in our WAN Monitoring package. The additional features include: - Change Management
D2Networks provide change management control for devices under management on behalf of the customer, using our experienced staff, change managment systems and processes. This inclues changes to equiment, software and data provisioning systems and telco circuits.
- Fault Management
In the event of a failure within the managed network environment, D2Networks take ownership of the problem and deal with telcos, vendors and internal staff to resolve the issue in a timely and effective manner. D2Networks also provide fault reporting to allow you to manage internal and external service levels.
- Support Hours
To assist with tailoring our solutions to the needs of our clients we offer the Silver Managed Service in two plans.
- Silver
Active management 12 hours a day, Monday to Friday.
- Silver Plus
Active management 24 hours, 7 days a week.
