The WAN Monitoring package is the initial step into the D²Networks Monitoring and Managed Services portfolio. Designed for companies that want to take control and get the most out of their network, we provide assistance with swift problem identification and reporting tools for capacity planning, SLA management and performance evaluation.

The nSight WAN product includes the following:

• Network Monitoring
  WAN monitoring 24/7 of internet available devices. Devices are regularly monitored using ICMP. Regular polling of monitored systems provides for fast identification of non-responsive systems Notification.

• Notification
  Where a non-responsive system is identified by our monitoring systems, notifications are sent to authorised personnel by means of email, SMS, or telephone. Escalation processes are also available to ensure that key staff are kept notified.

• Performance Reporting
  D2Networks provides a range of reports detailing SLA metrics for monitored systems. These reports distill the management system information into formats appropriate for customer network maintenance, management and planning discussions.

• Customer Portal
  We provide our customers with a secure web portal, with direct access to network information, reporting and fault logging.
