The Gold Managed Services Package provides active fault and change management of all customer data transmission equipment, LAN and WAN. Built on your choice of network monitoring and notification package, D2Networks provide end-to-end management and support of your network from the customer edge to the service provider.
- SLA Reporting
Monthly reports are provided for all faults and tickets opened, along with the nSight monthly SLA reports these provide an excellent assessment of the ongoing reliability of your remote sites.
- Fault Management
In the event of a failure within the managed network environment, D2Networks take ownership of the problem and deal with telcos, vendors and internal staff to resolve the issue in a timely and effective manner. D2Networks also provide fault reporting to allow you to manage internal and external service levels.
- Change Management
D2Networks provide change management control for devices under management on behalf of the customer, using our experienced staff, change management systems and processes. This includes changes to equipment, software and data provisioning systems and telco circuits.
- Design Review
D2Networks design review process provides for periodical review of the network design in the re-evaluation of business requirements and forecasts.
Assessments evaluate the current condition of your network via documentation reviews or onsite analysis. This can help to prevent or fix network issues by evaluating the network, documenting design or implementation issues and offering resolutions.

- Gold
Active management 12 hours a day, Monday to Friday, with 24/7 monitoring, notification and reporting.
- Gold Plus
Active management, monitoring, notification and reporting 24 hours, 7 days a week.
